Act as the technical compliance expert supporting engineering, operations, sourcing, and product management teams.
Partner with quality and regulatory teams to address any field or customer compliance issues.
Ensure compliance with electrical, EMC, plumbing, and material safety standards for all Drinking Water and Sinks product lines.
Support sustainability initiatives related to water efficiency, recycled content, and environmental stewardship.
Partner with design and product engineers early in the development process to ensure designs meet multifaceted compliance and certification requirements.
Monitor changes in regulatory standards and proactively communicate potential product impacts to internal stakeholders.
Support prototype and production validation testing to confirm regulatory and performance compliance.
Manage compliance with environmental and material content regulations.
Educate internal stakeholders on applicable standards, regulations, and codes.
Engage with trade associations and in the development of industry standards.
Support internal and external audits from certification agencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

5+ years of experience in product compliance or engineering, preferably in plumbing or appliance industries.
Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Working knowledge of UL, CSA, ASME, FCC, and/or NSF standards related to plumbing and electrical products.
Self-driven with a drive to proactively learn about complicated concepts
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology, or related technical discipline.
Meticulous with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience coordinating third-party product testing and certification processes.
Excellent project management, organization, and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting electrical and/or plumbing system components.
