Demonstrated ability to investigate and solve problems, analyze data, write reports, and make presentations.
Demonstrate knowledge of the transmission system, engineering principles, electric operating practices, construction practices, land requirements and regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and general business practices.
Ability to run meetings, motivate others, and interact with others at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, finance, Business or the equivalent degree.
Ability to develop skills to prepare presentations and expert witness testimony for local and state regulatory presentations.
3-5 years of experience managing major engineering/procurement construction activities.
Excellent leadership, teambuilding, coaching, problem solving, interpersonal and motivational skills required.
Possesses the ability to cope with deadlines, manage time, set priorities, define roles and responsibilities, and make decisions.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
Individual leadership abilities, planning skills, decisiveness, and customer focus.
The ability to schedule, plan and manage numerous complex transmission projects concurrently.
Communicate effectively at all levels, including executives, management, supervision, covered employees, contract employees, business leaders, and customers.
