Under guidance of L&D leader, establish calendar invitations for onboarding and orientation
Provide front desk coverage, in half or whole day increments, as needed
Complete pre-onboarding activities including coordinating and writing the welcome, ordering new hire kits, etc
Enter, update, and maintain employee data in the Dayforce HRIS system
Provide overall administrative support to local HR department
Ensure new hires complete the background check, drug testing, and Dayforce pre onboarding activities and keep information updated on tracking sheet
Partner with local fleet coordinator to enter and update fleet data in tracking systems like Samba, Verizon Connect, Enterprise, and Wex
Under guidance of HR Director, register and prepare event bags and banners for Campus Recruiting events
Process Child Support and WC notices and bills to appropriate internal groups
Refresh job requisitions in Dayforce
Assist the L&D leader with maintaining training records as requested
Collaborate with HR partners to assist with internal events
Ensure fleet vehicles are returned, detailed and maintained for the next driver
Create and/or run reports from Dayforce as requested and/or scheduled
Prep PowerPoint deck for all-company call HR section - adding in new hires to template since last meeting.
Prepare weekly and monthly specified HR reports and distribute to key stakeholders for review and dissemination
Under the direction of the local fleet coordinator, maintain accurate records of fleet vehicle assignments, mileage, and monitor maintenance scheduling

Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and confidence to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
