Project Coordinator

Description

• Complete project updates in Procore, distribute required documents to all project team members
• Schedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a project
• Send the Field Operations team all required project information
• Assist in preparation of closeout package process: collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project team
• Support administrative duties for each assigned project: process RFIs, change orders, submittals, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders
• Create and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project Managers
• Assist Project Manager with insurance and permits as needed

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 2+ years of general contracting or subcontractor experience
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlines
• High level of professionalism
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Team-player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Procore, and Timberline/Sage experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
