Assisting with onboarding new employees and being their go-to for those “how do I?” questions
Supporting Account Managers with contracts, tenders, and essential paperwork
Pitching in on company events and helping troubleshoot tech issues
Creating purchase orders, issuing invoices, and keeping financial records tidy
Keeping track of uniforms, safety records, and snow/ice management reports
Helping the Branch Manager with admin tasks, reports, and keeping things running smoothly
Reconciling vendor invoices and spotting issues before they become problems
Great at juggling tasks and staying calm under pressure
It’s a plus if you have 2+ years of admin experience and post-secondary education in a related field—but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
A proactive problem-solver who likes to figure things out
Comfortable with Excel and open to learning new tools
