Provide general and IT-specific onboarding for new IT team members
Execute IT components of employee onboarding and offboarding
Address urgent onboarding and offboarding actions and special requests
Develop and maintain documentation for onboarding and offboarding processes
Support new employees and check in periodically to address onboarding questions or issues
Periodically audit special work arrangements for select employees
Assign and remove software licenses during onboarding and offboarding
Support large-scale onboarding/offboarding events
Deliver live IT training during HR-led orientation sessions
Monitor process efficiency and suggest improvements
Monitor onboarding/offboarding lists, assign tasks by geography, and ensure timely form submissions and approvals by direct supervisors/managers
Manage user accounts following offboarding, including retention and deletion
Assign IT hardware and software to new employees according to role requirements
Serve as the IT point of contact for direct supervisors, HR, and staff regarding onboarding/offboarding
Manage and update training content for both live sessions and the LMS
Coordinate hardware returns to designated locations

3-5 years of team, office, or project management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Familiarity with modern workplace computer hardware and enterprise applications
OHM Grad School
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education/Training, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
