What you would be doing

The Business Development Director leads efforts to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition and retention. The position requires a deep understanding of construction operations, project delivery methods, and market trends.

  • Drive the sales pipeline by identifying qualified leads, managing client negotiations, and closing new contracts.
