Tasks
-Create learning and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for associates. -Supports with compensation and benefit benchmarking; ensuring the company can attract and retain top talent. -Lead and support companywide HR projects and change management initiatives. -Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on variety of HR topics, practices and processes. -Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. -Guide onsite HR professionals through a dotted-line reporting structure. -Conduct regular site visits and check-ins with managers to maintain visibility and engagement, providing both tactical and strategic support. -Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) within HRIS system to support hiring teams. -Provide support and guidance to on-site HR staff and managers when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.

What You Bring
-6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing or operations environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. -Travels up to 35% of the time, to meet needs of business -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus! -Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. -SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (or equivalent HR certification) strongly preferred. -Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. -Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. -Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. -Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint, Copilot). -Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization. -Comfortable working cross-functionally (i.e. marketing, IT, sales, manufacturing, finance, payroll, engineering, etc.) -Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. -Self-driven and thrives working autonomously. -High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism. -Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. -Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the company’s HRIS system (ADP). -Comfortable administering and executing routine HR tasks such as leave of absence, investigations, and terminations.
