Basic knowledge of construction practices and constructability.

Advanced knowledge of CEQA requirements, environmental sciences, formal and informal communication, teamwork, and leadership.
Ability to lead a technical team with proficiency in resource management and task delegation.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Basic knowledge of project management principles.
Ability to offer ongoing mentorship to staff to promote individual growth and enhanced capabilities across the organization.
