Description

As the Environmental Lead you will manage and oversee all aspects of the environment field program, including day‑to‑day management of one or more Environmental Inspectors during construction of a large, complex infrastructure project. You will work collaboratively with the Environmental Compliance Officer to document, prepare and submit environmental documents and reports, and review and manage responses to Metrolinx comments. You will also liaise with design and construction teams to communicate and resolve environmental compliance matters.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, reviewing drawings, coordinating inputs and deliverables, and maintaining documentation. The role requires conducting field audits, participating in non‑conformance processes, and directing preventative and corrective actions to drive continual improvement of field programs in line with ISO 14001 standards.
