Reporting to both plant managers, you will plan, coordinate, and direct activities that directly affect product manufacturing. Responsibilities include developing efficient processes, managing asset procurement, leading quality, continuous improvement, facilities, and EHS teams, and ensuring safety regulations and production schedules are met to deliver high‑quality, profitable products.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process and ensure on‑time production.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and a clean work environment.
- Manage manufacturing budgets, costs, and asset procurement.
- Lead process‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and visual factory tools.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Hire, train, supervise, and resolve issues within manufacturing teams.
- Conduct time studies, data analysis, and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate recommendations clearly.

- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience with machine/assembly cell design.
- Knowledge of inventory control, BOM accuracy, and material movement.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and Microsoft Office reporting.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with one‑piece flow, visual factory KPIs, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in CAD and statistical software; familiarity with JD Edwards, MRP, and supply‑chain concepts (ideal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
