Lead and develop a high-performing team of technologists (full-time and contractors), including performance management, coaching, and career development.
In partnership with business leads and your manager, manage the Revenue Technology budget, including vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and timely renewals for all systems in the team's portfolio.
Define the vision and roadmap for the revenue technology stack, aligning platform capabilities with the strategic objectives of Marketing, Sales, CS, Partner, and Support leadership
Ensure and advise on best practices for process and data capture throughout the revenue technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, flow, and readiness for business intelligence and reporting.
Establish and enforce operational excellence standards, governance, and best practices for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of all revenue technology platforms.
Drive the continuous effort to optimize system performance, automate processes, and enhance the user experience for all teams utilizing revenue technology.
Serve as the primary escalation point for major system issues and cross-functional technology initiatives to maintain ‘business as usual’ functionality.
Partner with senior Revenue Leaders to champion their technology needs, prioritizing projects and resource allocation for maximum business impact.

Strong foundation in data governance, data architecture, and data quality principles to maintain exceptional data hygiene and integration fidelity across all systems.

Expert knowledge of the Revenue Technology ecosystem, including advanced understanding of CRM & MAP (Salesforce and HubSpot), as well as common revtech tools such as sales engagement, webinar hosting platforms, and customer success platforms.
