Engage with environmental consultants and civil engineering teams, as needed, to ensure sustainable water management.
Oversee design and construction of new railroad spurs and connectors into the facility.
Apply hydrologic engineering principles to ensure proper drainage, flow, and environmental alignment.
Monitor site activities to ensure safety, compliance, quality, and timely execution.
Lead the planning, permitting, and construction of a new/relocated canal to support site operations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rail regulations and safety standards.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and progress reports.
Coordinate with engineering firms, transportation authorities, and internal logistics teams.
Serve as the point of contact for contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
