Drive and coordinate internal campaigns and formats for the business unit to inspire pride and a growth mindset with employees.
Position Digital Grid business as a key driver of digitalization and grid modernization.
Create communication plans and execute activities across external channels (trade shows, social media, websites, targeted and paid campaigns, corporate campaigns) and position business leadership and key experts in targeted opportunities (media and speaker placements, social media campaigns) to support thought leadership in energy transition and grid technology.
Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute communication strategies that support business objectives.
Identify and develop storylines and messaging for the Digital Grid business for both internal and external communications.
Measure and report on communication effectiveness using data-driven insights.

Proven track record as a communications advisor to senior leaders.
