- Perform routine scheduled maintenance and make light repairs as needed
- Collaborating with C-Suite on budgeting for facilities needs
- Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees
- Assembly/moving of furniture, shelving, or warehouse racking
- Monitor and address consumable products
- Obtain bids from qualified vendors to perform equipment replacements, upgrades and maintenance
- Forecast, allocate, and supervise the financial and physical resources of the facility management department
- Manage and review service contracts and interact with landscapers and snow removal contractors.
- Preventative maintenance of various equipment on schedule
- Check completed work by vendors and contractors and maintain insurance and compliance info
- Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications
- Oversee building and grounds maintenance for HQ and one satellite location
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections and track observations
- Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions and be on call in emergencies
