  • Work within a team environment installing telecommunication systems, which includes cables, Set Top Boxes, set up and maintenance of the phones, voice mail, internet/router setup, and customer service activities.
  • Travel between job sites may be expected for this position as occasional job duties demand.
  • Uses different types of test equipment and tools to troubleshoot/repair equipment.
  • Maintain a positive environment for teammates and positive relationships with vendors.
  • Installs cabling for phone, internet, WAP, and television systems. Performs moves, adds, deletes, and other changes for phone, internet, and cable television uses.
  • Completes work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices; installing cable boxes; and troubleshooting wires not providing signal to equipment
  • Repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and performs testing activities on various cable ‚ equipment, peripherals, data communication equipment, etc.
  • Assembles installs, configures, and tests all types of cable equipment.
