Assist with booking compliance certificates and book appointments with tenants accordingly
Assist the team in communicating with clients and applicants where necessary
Book check-outs and issue termination correspondence to tenants
Produce timely and accurate typed documents including but not limited to: emails, letters, minutes/agendas, presentations, reports and specific documents pertinent to the role
Deal with internal and external enquiries accurately, promptly and effectively
