

A fully integrated global real estate firm developing, investing in and managing rental housing, logistics and life‑science assets.
The role supports the property management team in achieving occupancy and retention targets by performing administrative, leasing, marketing, and customer‑service duties at the community. Responsibilities include handling resident calls, processing paperwork, coordinating tours, and assisting with move‑in and move‑out activities.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in all weather conditions, lifting up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance). A flexible schedule is required, including on‑call shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel for training or property assistance.
Compensation includes a base salary plus eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs, varying by corporate or onsite position. Part‑time team members may receive a 401(k) with company match, an employee assistance program, and paid sick time, though union and prevailing‑wage roles may differ.
