- Partner with subcontractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
- Coach, mentor and train site teams to drive proactive safety behaviours.
- Conduct site visits, audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Review and develop SWMS, SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, site records, and competency verifications.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Support project teams in implementing ISO-certified HSEQ management systems.
