- Keen to learn and develop current skills within a diverse team of subject matter experts within an international company
- Understand the marine hydrodynamic environment and sediment transport processes
- Experience with ESRI Arc Map/ArcGIS Pro or QGIS, and ideally at least one specialist geoscience software program, such as IHS Kingdom, Petrel, Surfer, SonarWiz or Moga Seaview
- Degree-qualified in a relevant marine geoscience or geophysics or oceanography subject
- Skilled in technical and non-technical writing, reviewing a range of reports, papers and technical results and extracting the required information
- Have a reasonable grounding in interpreting seabed features and marine geomorphology in hydrographic and geophysical data
- Possess an understanding of offshore geophysical acquisition equipment and techniques
- Offshore survey experience is desirable
