Identify, source, and vet new permitting vendors as business needs evolve
Analyze team performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce permitting cycle times
Monitor delayed permit approvals, proactively identifying issues and driving resolution
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with permitting vendors, focusing on quality, turnaround time, and cost
Serve as a subject matter expert on Qcells residential products, including the Q.Home battery system and Q.volt inverter
Develop and manage a system to track and evaluate permitting vendor performance
Review and refine operational procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices
Negotiate vendor pricing, contracts, and service terms to support scalability and cost efficiency
Build and scale an internal permitting team responsible for residential PV and energy storage permit submissions
