Monitor and maintain boilers. Replace boiler parts that are defective or in need of replacement. Repair boiler machinery such as piping and valves.
Assist in preparing vacant apartments for market ready status in accordance to company standards.
Perform repairs in such areas as, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting and basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC.
Inspect fluids, water, and gas inside boilers and related equipment. Adjust the fluids to ensure systems are operating.
Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping and trash management activities.
Maintain cleanliness of boiler rooms and related facilities.
Adjust equipment as needed to make sure the boiler system is functioning safely.
Be available for on call activity during off hours and emergencies based on a pre-determined schedule and need.
Complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures.
Update work statuses and documents tasks completed. Record daily readings.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
Read and write in English in order to understand basic instructions and take direction from supervisors.
Basic familiarity with computers. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
NYC CoF – S12, S13, S14, P99 certifications.
