- Experience in human capital management and training development is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge surrounding ADP payroll, provide support to the HR department in various areas including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
