Key Experience: Project Manager in the mining industry for Coal handling plants and mineral processing industry power plants. Handling projects of Bulk material handling projects of equipment’s Stacker reclaimers, Crusher Screens, Bucket wheel excavators, feeders, various mining equipment’s.Oversees and directs mining EPC & Revamp projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently and within budget.
Develop project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and operations personnel.
Identify future risk and mitigate potential cost risks.
Responsible for Order execution/project management of various EPC & Revamp Projects & equipment orders for MHE, Mining, Cement Plants.
Develop and implement contingency plans.
Prepare and present monthly & quarterly progress reports to stakeholders. Review of Purchase order and enquiry /offer documents, Commercial terms, obligations, technical scope and deliverables. Planning scheduling of order and set the timelines for each stage
Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and local communities.
Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet industry standards.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
