Directly manage projects and oversee project managers on various projects.

Maintain and further develop client relationships throughout Northwest Florida including FDOT and multiple Cities and Counties.
Further develop and mentor members of the Transportation Team.
Providing strong leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to an existing exceptional Transportation Team.

At least 10 years of progressive experience with FDOT Roadway / Transportation Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
Ability to lead a project, and supervise technical staff
Extensive knowledge in planning, designing and managing transportation projects to move people and goods safely and reliably.
Strong local municipal client connections
Recognized leadership and existing relationships with transportation clients within Northwest Florida.
