- Drive standardization and alignment with businesses and functions
- Collaboration with accounting and finance teams
- Analyze requests for process changes, balancing business requirements and process efficiency
- Develop, build, maintain, and own end-to-end global business processes using Signavio,a business process transformation tool
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks to monitor global process performance
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Serve as a process expert in their respective area
- Manage the global process through establishment of process councils with all stakeholders – including both implementation phase teams and business as usual teams
