Assist team with cmBuilder logistics/sequencing setup and management
Assist Senior VDC Manager and VDC Managers
Monitor software/technologies available to make workflows more efficient
Assist in training software workflows with project teams or trade partners.
Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs.
Manage the weekly coordination meetings and be able to report progress to the project team and VDC team
Manage the file exchange of the latest models from trade partners and design teams.
Set up and maintain coordination schedule
Assist in developing project-specific BIM Execution plan and contract attachments.
Track and verify as-built submittals from key trades.
Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or control.
Perform clash detection reviews prior to coordination meetings.
Modeling of building components not modeled by the Architect or Design Team when required to complete MEP coordination.

Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Autodesk Suite, Bluebeam, Revizto, Tekla, and Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate effectively to participate fully in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic math/accounting skills
Ability to physically stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day.
Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
Occasional travel will be required, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver’s License).
