The early-career Civil Engineer will join one of RESPEC’s locations in Morgantown, WV, Central City, PA, or Pipersville, PA. The role involves collaborating with senior engineers on abandoned-mine-land and reclamation projects, including site grading, storm‑water design, impoundment work, and permitting, with occasional travel to client mine sites and meetings.
Candidates must hold a B.S. or M.S. in civil, environmental, or mining engineering from an ABET-accredited university, have at least one year of mining-engineering experience, and be proficient with mining-related software such as AutoCAD Map 3D, Carlson, REAME, or Sedcad.
Compensation is based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
