Revit Detailer with MEP Experience

Description

• Develop fabrication‑ and installation‑ready MEP models using Revit.
• Model piping and ductwork systems across mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC disciplines.
• Produce clear, accurate, constructible shop drawings from contract documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Participate in internal clash reviews and resolve coordination issues.
• Follow established project schedules and document control procedures.
• Assist in creating final as‑built drawings when required.

Requirements

Randall maintains a drug‑free workplace and requires candidates to pass a drug test and background check.

• Support coordination processes with Navisworks and Revizto (preferred).
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Revit (required).
• Possess basic AutoCAD knowledge (preferred).
• Hold 3–5 years experience as a Revit MEP Detailer focusing on piping and ductwork.
• Understand MEP construction documents and relevant codes (SMACNA, IPC, IMC) (plus).
• Familiarity with multiple piping and ductwork systems (sanitary, domestic water, HVAC supply/return/exhaust).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into buildable models.
• Experience with Navisworks and Revizto is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to sit up to six hours, lift light objects frequently and items up to 10 lb occasionally, and bend, stretch, crouch as required.
