During the week participants will learn more about Rolls‑Royce, collaborate on a team project from the initial challenge to a professional presentation, and develop key employability skills through workshops focused on teamwork, communication, problem‑solving and professional confidence.
The experience also includes hands‑on engineering and innovation activities, networking sessions with current apprentices, Q&A opportunities, and practical advice on applying for future roles at Rolls‑Royce.
We are looking for students currently in Year 10 with no specific subject requirements, who can commit to all four days (including travel to Bristol). Applicants must complete the 45‑ to 60‑minute “Future Ready Skills” module on the Discover: On Demand platform, download the certificate and upload it with their application. While accommodation costs are not covered, we may be able to help with local travel expenses; enquiries can be sent to DiscoverEmergingTalent@Rolls‑Royce.com. The closing date for applications is 24 February 2026, and Rolls‑Royce is an equal‑opportunity employer.
Rolls‑Royce is offering a four‑day insight experience called “Discover: Behind the Scenes,” running from Tuesday 24 March to Friday 27 March 2026 in Bristol (Defence). The programme gives students a real‑world glimpse into the company’s business, people and future, and is designed to help develop future careers.
