Mentor junior specialists and guide data integrity practices.
Independently perform complex controls tasks and advanced financial analyses including EVM, Risk Forecasting, Risk Management, Change Management, Cost Control, Scheduling Management.
Analyze changes in scope, schedule, or budget and assess impact.
Assist in developing internal controls, templates, and reporting dashboards.
Lead financial meetings and provide recommendations to PMs and executives.
Review project trends and advise on cost control measures.
Support company-wide initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Finance.
10+ years of project controls experience in the construction or engineering industry.
Proven expertise in Excel and cost tracking systems.
Experience with CMiC, Power BI, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Working knowledge of federal contracts and contract compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to support large project teams and complex budgets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
