Advanced knowledge of MS office, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
Ability to independently create schedules using a planner/builder mindset.
Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, practices and components.
A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture) or equivalent experience.
Experience working on both commercial and residential projects, preferably on the west coast.
