Preparation of year-end reconciliation, filing and issuing of T4s and T2200s.
Respond to all employee enquiries as required and maintain employment files.
Full cycle payroll administration for payrolls located in Ontario, British Columbia and Washington USA including time data validation and import, payroll profile maintenance, retro calculations and ROE processing per Union collective Agreement and Electrician Apprenticeship Program.
Preparation of month end binders for the finance department, including reconciliations for each payroll account on the trial balanceReconciliation and processing of all required fillings, including but not limited to Source Deductions, WSIB, EHT, 941, 940, US Union, ON Union, FRO/Garnishments, RRSP, etc.
Assistance with annual Audit or any other audits as required.
JE posting and GL reconciliations for payroll related accounts. Assist with ad-hoc requests received from the Accounting Department.
Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to maintain electrician’s level and retro increase accordingly.
