8+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or solution design roles, including 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile environments and managing competing priorities.
Master’s degree in a related field or MBA is preferred.
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, governed data solutions and product frameworks.
Experience/Exposure to: Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, LucidChart/Spark, Monday.com, Oracle, Salesforce, Agiloft, custom analytics and workflow applications.
