Requirements

You will need a minimum of 8-10 years' experience as a discipline, zone or project manager and have a BE, NZCE or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Key to this role will be your commitment to achieve exceptional outcomes in delivery. Good Work equals Good Benefits

• Track record of leadership and delivery of high safety, environmental, and quality standards personally and within project teams.
• Strong Financial acumen
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to coordinate with the project teams to ensure optimisation of resources and efficiency of delivery.
• The ability to plan the execution of the works and develop construction methodology for all elements of a Major Infrastructure Project.
• Proven experience managing budgets and programmes, providing monthly forecast cost to complete.
• Track record of team leadership including developing, mentoring, training & growing high performing teams.
• Excellent leadership qualities, track record of mentoring / training staff.
• Proven ability in subcontractor management
• Leadership of Internal & Subcontractor workforce, evidence of building teams both in the office and onsite.
