- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and the development of best practices related to AI use and deployment.
- Design, develop, and implement AI and ML solutions for internal operations and external products, including AI-powered assistants, chatbots, predictive tools, and classification models.

- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models and drive business impact through deployed AI solutions.
- Provide technical consultation to business units on how to apply AI to solve unique challenges.
- Promote awareness of AI capabilities and drive adoption through prototypes, demos, and internal engagement.
- Track performance metrics and usage data to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed tools.
- Document system design, implementation details, and user guidance to support scalability and adoption.
- Partner with Product, Innovation, Business Systems, and Infrastructure teams to integrate AI into enterprise platforms and digital products.
- Develop scripts, pipelines, and applications that apply natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI techniques to business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess use cases, define requirements, and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate APIs from commercial AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services) into enterprise platforms, services, and workflows.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, frameworks, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Proficiency in Python and data engineering tools.
