Bachelor/master’s degree in structural engineering from reputed institute preferably through GATE qualification
Work experience in Gulf countries with international codes preferred.
Ability to coordinate and negotiate structural requirements with other trades.
Ability to delegate and lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver quality drawings and documents.
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD
Hands on experience in analysis design of reinforced concrete structures like high-rises, stadiums, airports, malls, Culverts, Tanks etc.
Ability to estimate, plan and deploy resources to match project requirements to meet deadlines. & aware of quality procedures.
Technical report writing skills.
Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, python etc. will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a team, lead a team of junior engineers and technicians to deliver quality drawings and documents.

Understanding of Seismic and Wind load parameters with applicable design approaches
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.

Candidate should have core design experience of 7+ years in design of concrete/steel structures.
Ability to read and comprehend drawings of other trades – Architectural, MEP, transportation etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Ability to anticipate Architectural, MEP requirements and plan structure system accordingly avoiding abortive works.
Knowledge of international Codes and Standards
