- Review & respond to customer technical query / clarifications w.r.t. equipment fabrication, sequence & tolerances.
- Meeting deadlines for submission of planning inputs like estimated man hrs / man days, detail fabrication schedule (DFS) & Jigs-fixtures requirement for running enquiries.
- Review Liecesor Specification /mechanical data sheet /drawings & identify critical requirements for fabrication feasibility & capability.
- Prepare & update estimation checklist for each product category w.r.t. past learnings & improvements.
- Prepare & regularly update planning norms & allowances considering process improvements, capacity changes or new capacity addition etc.
- Comparison Studies based on similar past projects / enquiries to validate the estimates.
- Review & submit Plate Rolling feasibility w.r.t. Rolling capacity available.
