Confirm project costs are properly controlled and forecasted, including buyout logs, change order logs, cost reports, etc., are up to date from initial buyout through final closeout and payment.
Partner with and inform Trade Partners to ensure project specific information is communicated as it relates to the status of the schedule and financials of the project including preconstruction.
Oversee the pay application process and that documents are promptly and properly handled.
Develop direct reports by monitoring performance, reviewing evaluations, varying assignments, mentoring, providing training, and promoting a positive project morale.
Monitor all construction documents for appropriate construction details, completeness of information, potential design deficiencies, code violations, constructability, etc.
Ensure proper project turnover to Operations.
Oversee all closeouts including financial, punch list, prefinal and final inspections.
Lead and manage all aspects of a project including design constructability, design to budget, planning, scheduling, logistics, scope control, contract documents, cost control, etc.
Ensure all schedules, progress reports, and executive reporting on costs, schedule, etc. are thorough, accurate, and archived.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in residential and mixed-use building construction.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred.
Capable of leading, training, and encouraging a staff of project management professionals.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans, and financial reports.
