Service, install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and inspect RTLS and nurse call systems
Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the company’s team of managers, engineers, and technicians; the client; and consulting engineers
Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems
Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair and emergency service calls
Effectively communicate and maintain project status with Management, Contractors, and Customers
Ensure customer requests and status are followed up on time and in a professional way
Commission front-end workstations & servers
Diagnosing and Troubleshoot issues with the network electronic systems and software

Experience in delivering RTLS and nurse call solutions
Technical writing skills to support documentation of problem resolution / solution improvement
Must be computer literate, have networking ability and a good knowledge of operating systems
Experience in system integration, network topology and Virtual Environment.
Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent job related knowledge
Knowledge of technology deployed in the Health Care environment.
Experience with Information Communication Technology design in the health care environment.
Must have a minimum 2-5 years related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems
Ability to troubleshoot existing installations or utilize as-built drawings and documentation where available to correct deficiencies and repair systems without supervision
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
