- Perform quality checks on supplier documentation to meet Programme standards.
- Train and onboard new team members on document control procedures and software.
- Oversee all stages of document workflows using REBIM and GliderBIM.
- Liaise with customer organizations to ensure feedback is received on time.
- Organize and maintain the document filing structure in SharePoint.
- Be the go-to contact for document workflows with supply chain partners. 🤝
- Periodically review and refine the Programme Document Control Process to keep it fit for purpose.
- Manage document numbering, status tracking, and revision control with precision.
