Description

• Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary.
• When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment.
• Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing.
• Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Someone efficient and organized who enjoys physical work as well as connecting with people.
• Good computer skills.
• Known customer base, reliable and high-quality products.
