Collaboration is key; you will work with account managers, application and design engineering, marketing, and operations to develop strategies and analyze data for end‑user customers. Maintaining strong, positive relationships with peer Hussmann and Panasonic organisations is essential.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with regional branch managers, you will be responsible for pursuing and achieving specific sales and business development goals. Success in this role requires proactively seeking new opportunities, deeply understanding customer requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. You will leverage partnerships within Hussmann and Panasonic, stay fully engaged with the team, and think like an owner.
We are looking for candidates with proven business development or sales experience, a strong sales track record, and preferably customer support experience. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce, excellent English communication, market knowledge, and strong negotiation, rapport‑building, time‑management, and relationship‑maintenance skills are required.
