You will act as an individual contributor responsible for creating electrical circuit diagrams and supporting documentation, primarily using the E3 tool. While you will deliver tasks based on given inputs, you must also collaborate with colleagues and interact with other departments such as Primary, Project Management, and Production when required. In the absence of your Lead, you may need to clarify queries with internal counterparts.
Key deliverables include preparing LCC schematics for high‑voltage GIS components such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, CT/VT, and junction boxes, as well as interlocking tables for various busbar configurations. You will generate preliminary BOMs, mimic boards, communication architecture diagrams, protection schematics, and complete digital LCC drawings for digital substations, adhering to applicable codes and QA/QC standards. You will also address technical queries from customers and review all documents before submission.
The ideal candidate holds a B.E. or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and has 2–4 years of experience in protection and control systems for transmission, distribution, or generation. Proficiency with CAD tools is essential; experience with E3 is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, ANSI standards, basic GIS knowledge, and the ability to work on multidisciplinary projects in a professional team environment are required.
