- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in data visualization, dashboard storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL (ETL), and Power BI (including DAX).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exposure to labor market analytics, predictive modeling, or organizational consulting is a plus.
