Leading Lean culture and Continuous Improvement initiatives on CAF Rolling Stock UK sites 2. Implement TIER Accountability Process across Factory 3. Promote a culture of operational excellence by anchoring and supporting implementation on the ground 4. Pilot and support Kaizen projects target using Lean tools to target and benefit from improvements. 5. Proactively identify improvement actions to deploy to increase our operational performance 6. Deploy Value stream Mapping process on a regular basis 7. Deployment in the field (training + digitalization of tools) of first-level continuous improvement methodologies (suggestions idea, kaizen, 5S, 5 whys, PDCA, A3, etc.), 8. Gemba 9. Encourages, participates. 10. Conducts internal lean audits 11. Proposes, structures and leads continuous improvement projects 12. Ensure a strong presence in the departments and support to encourage creativity 13. Conducts welcome training for new arrivals
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication, organisation, and change management skills
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
