  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to STV’s internal knowledge base for digital solutions.
  • Support clients in developing digital governance, standard operating procedures, and reporting structures.
  • Track adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to validate value realization.
  • Develop and execute change management and training plans to strengthen user adoption and system effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops, coordination meetings, and status sessions to communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Oversee implementation of dashboards, data models, and performance tracking tools in coordination with analytics teams.
  • Represent the Digital Advisory team in client steering and governance meetings.
  • Align reporting and data visualization outputs with client KPIs and business objectives.
  • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and decision points that impact delivery.
  • Oversee deliverables, scope, schedule, and budget for digital components of large-scale programs.
  • Coordinate technical specialists (data, GIS, BIM, AI, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with client representatives, consultants, and internal teams to align goals, priorities, and expectations.
  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of PMIS and supporting digital systems (Kahua, eBuilder, Procore, ACC, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across client programs, including automation, AI, and data management enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary client interface for digital solutions, providing leadership and accountability across all active workstreams.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving client needs and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of BIM, GIS, data analytics (Power BI, Azure), and related digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI integrations and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships, facilitate meetings, and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Skilled at influencing, mentoring, and aligning multidisciplinary teams across geographies to achieve common goals.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advisory, technology consulting, or related digital transformation leadership roles within the AECO sector.
  • Strong understanding of PMIS platforms (Kahua, eBuilder, Procore, ACC, etc.) and system integration principles.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement, workshops, and program delivery support.
