  • Design code-compliant, contract-compliant, and cost-effective systems while reviewing scopes of work, specifications, plans and legal contracts
  • Provide efficiency reviews and/or value engineering options for existing designs
  • Design low voltage systems, including intrusion, access control, CCTV, DAS, LAN, Wi-Fi Networks, and more for commercial and multifamily projects
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project personnel
  • Act as a resource and provide technical assistance for projects during bidding, design, permitting, and construction

  • 5-8 years’ experience with Low Voltage Systems design
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD is required, and Revit (BIM) and Bluebeam Revu experience is preferred
  • Exposure to large-scale, multi-family residential construction projects is highly preferred
