Must have experience in the preparation of KYTC Plan packages, particularly Roadway, Drainage and Maintenance of Traffic components.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess a Kentucky professional engineering registration (PE)
Ability to identify problems, evaluation options for resolution including risks associated with each and implement appropriate solutions.
Have strong KYTC and Local Relationships
Experience with AutoCAD- Civil 3D
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Demonstrate the ability to work on a variety of project sizes and types.
Thrives in a collaborative project environment and enjoys all forms of communications while working with clients and team members (virtual, in-person, phone.
Ability to regularly communicate with other Project Managers and staff in other offices for workload sharing and technical reviews and training.
Experience with Microstation – Open Roads / Geopak
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in roadway/transportation design.
Possess an Ohio (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Experience with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) work a plus.
