- 3 years' experience in Construction Survey, Dimensional Control, Industrial Measurement, or a related field is required
- Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
- Previous land/construction survey or engineering experience a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans to generate

- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- Dynamic thinker with the desire to lead, motivate and mentor teams
- Must be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to perform calculations (area, volume, circumference, proportion, percentage)
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Self-starter with the ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and as a team
- Knowledge of field Survey procedures and equipment
- Able to train in person or remote in CAD and survey equipment (DCs/Machines)
- Proficiency in CAD is required (at least one, all 3 is a plus)
- Clear communication for remote support
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Suite
